Tiketech.ca only ships within Canada.
For shipping to Yukon Territory and Territory of Nunavut you will need to request a shipping quote before orders are accepted and approved.
Tike Tech reserves the right to adjust the shipping fee if the destination ZIP code is not within our designated routes. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of the change for your acceptance.
Most items ship from our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
TikeTech.ca is committed to making your purchase process as easy and as pleasurable as possible.
7% GST will be added to all orders.
7% GST + 8% PST will be added to all orders placed from Ontario residents only.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is in new condition with all original packaging and instructions, TikeTech.ca will accept returns within 15 days of shipment. Unless the item was proven to be defective (upon our inspection), all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs to the purchaser. In addition, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is returned pre-paid shipping.
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by TikeTech.ca. Once the package is received back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping costs to the destination & back to our warehouse. The shipping charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under an occasional free shipping promotion.
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once the package is received back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping costs. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion.

We will make every effort to stop the package from being shipped. However, once the order has been processed for shipping, we will be unable to change or cancel your order. As a result you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures for an exchange or refund. All cancellations will require notification of approval from tiktech.ca.
Returning a product to TikeTech.ca within 15 days of purchase is a simple process. Just email us at or call our customer service line during business hours at 416-929-1394 ext.8 to receive instructions and a CRN (authorized customer return number). All returns must have a CRN provided by TikeTech.ca and meet our policies for Returns and Refunds or they will not be accepted back in our warehouse.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documents in 'new' condition.
